Painting workshop in Semur-en-Auxois, Burgundy. 8-13 July 2024

The location :

Fresh air, good food, the hills of Burgundy and the beautiful, picturesque little town of Semur-en-Auxois, that seems to step out of the past, perched above its river.  I settled my countryside painting studio there, where you can join me for this workshop.

The dates:

The workshop takes place from Monday July 8th to Saturday July 13th 2024 (Monday and Saturday included).

The program: landscape and life drawing :

• in the morning, we work on location « en plein air » in Semur or in the surrounding countryside. We shall reach the painting locations by foot or car. The painting session can be postponed, if it takes some time to reach this painting location.
• In the afternoon, after lunch, individual work or rest.
• From 5 to 7 pm : life model drawing or painting.

The tuition consists of group demonstrations as well as individual help. Everyone is free to choose the techniques of their choice: drawing, watercolor, oil, acrylic, gouache… A list of material can be sent to you.

Prices and conditions:

 €370 This price includes the organization, tuition, general costs of the studio. It does not include transport and accommodation or any specific insurance for the workshop. Reservation deposit: € 200, non-refundable after June 1st.
