Travel sketches

In my opinion, the painting technique which is best suited for travelling is watercolor.
The watercolor box is so compact and leightweight that it is the ideal instrument for ``listening``.
These few examples of travel journals were produced at different times, in different sizes and techniques : pen or pencil and watercolors; then watercolors alone, without any preliminary drawing.
