Peintures et stages de peinture de Patrick Fouilhoux

Painting Workshop on Poros island ( Greece).  9-14 May.

1/ Location

The painting workshop will take place on the beautiful island of Poros. This island, which lies in the Saronic gulf, is very close to the port of Athens. You can arrive in Athens by plane in the morning and reach the island in the afternoon. As many visitors of Poros are Greeks who own a villa on the island, Poros is surprisingly much more genuine than many more well-known remote islands of the Cycladic archipelago. As usual, I have prepared the workshop for you and selected a bunch of locations: idyllic beaches, small fishing villages, seashores or old ruins…, which will be perfect as painting spots or for leisure.

2/ Program

Each day, we shall head off to a painting location by foot, electric bicycle or car. You can choose to paint or make travel sketches. The painting session will last about 3 hours until lunch and the rest of the time is left for leisure. It can be postponed if time is required to reach the painting location. Teaching will take the form of a group demonstration. In addition, all students will be assisted personally. All levels are accepted, as well as all techniques: sketches, watercolor, oil painting, pastels…

3/ Price and conditions

€ 380 for the workshop. This price includes organisation, tuition and general costs of the studio. Transportation, accommodation and any specific insurance for the workshop are not included.

Reservation fees : €180 (not refundable after April 1st). I recommend that you book your transport and accommodation well in advance.
